The Academic Portfolio is proud to present the first Howitt Hall Study Skills seminar. This is a presentation designed to help residents develop good study habits that will enable them to maximise their academic performance. Topics covered include academic reading & writing, as well as creating a study plan and sticking to it.
Studying at university is quite different and more demanding than studying at high school. Many new students struggle (or even fail) to make the transition and this negatively impacts their entire university career. Developing good study habits now means success in the future.
