Residential Support Team

The RST is made up of the College Head, Deputy College Head, Residential Support Assistant (the RST Executive), and ten Resident Advisors (RAs).

At Howitt we have RAs on every floor who are charged with welcoming new residents, organising floor outings and activities, providing advice, helping when things don't go quite right, and generally just being awesome leaders in the Hall.

Hi, I'm Shannon, and I'm a final year medical student, so by day I run around hospitals contemplating just how horrifying a doctor I will be next year, but by night I am the Residential Support Assistant at Howitt Hall. As RSA it is my job to mentor and guide Howitt's ten fantastic RAs. I also hold the prestigious position of Howitt Cheerleading Captain.

Joel Morrison

Hi everyone I’m Joel Morrison, I escaped from Van Diemen's Land in 2009 by venturing across the ocean to this great place called Melbourne.  In 2010 I will be using my creative skills to organise the Dine-ins and the Gaudy... and I will be doing some of that stuff called study on occasions too.

Hey hey people! My name's Tom and I'm in my second year of my Bachelor of Performing Arts degree here at Monash Uni. If you ask anyone around the hall you'll hear that us Performing Arts students don't actually do any work, which isn't true.

G'day guys I'm Lloyd. Born and bred on the streets of the Mornington Peninsula I am currently grinding out an Arts/Commerce double degree, but if you actually need to find me I'll probably be shooting pool or hanging out in the courtyard.
